Class Information
Little Tumblers
Ages 2-3 years old
This 30-minute class gets your athlete started with strength building as well as being introduced to basic skills such as handstands, front rolls, bridges, and cartwheels. This fun play on skills may come in the shape of an obstacle course/stations or a trial of how a “big kid” class would run. There are two coaches present during this class.
Beginner Tumble
Ages 3-5 years old
This 45-minute class is for younger athletes who are ready to advance from the little tumbler class or young athletes who have not been introduced to tumbling before. This class will focus on strength building as well as basic tumbling skills. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on the lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.
6-9 Level 1 Tumble
Ages 6-9 years old
This hour-long class is for athletes who have never tumbled before. This class will focus on strength building as well as basic tumbling skills. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.


6-9 Level 2 Tumble
Ages 6-9 years old
This hour-long class is for athletes ages 6-9 who have advanced from the Level 1 class. This class will focus on the progression of skills such as but not limited to front/back walkovers and variations, beginner aerial drills, and beginner back handspring drills. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on then lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.
Beginner Tumble
Ages 9 and Older
This hour-long class is for older athletes who have never tumbled before. This class will focus on strength building as well as basic tumbling skills in an environment where the athlete can learn at their own pace. One or two coaches will be present during this class based on class numbers.


Intermediate Tumble 4-7
Ages 4-7years old
This hour-long tumble class is for younger athletes who are approaching a pre-advanced level. This class will focus on skills such as but not limited to the progression of walkovers and beginner drills for aerials and back handsprings. It will also focus on the combination of skills. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.
Intermediate tumble 8 and Up
Ages 8 years old and older
This hour-long class is for older athletes who are approaching the advanced tumbling level. This class will focus on skills such as but not limited to aerials, back handsprings, front tucks, and beginner running tumbling skills. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.

Advanced Tumble 1
All ages-*standing back handspring is required *
This hour-long class is for any aged athlete at the advanced level with a standing back handspring. This class will focus on strengthening handspring skills/variations as well as advancing running tumbling. This class will also start drills for back/front tucks, whips, and layouts. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on lesson for that day. There are two coaches present during this class.
Advanced Tumble 2
All ages-*standing tuck is required*
This hour-long class is for any aged athlete who has progressed past the advanced 1 level with a standing back tuck. This class will focus on strengthening tuck skills/variations as well as advancing running and standing tumbling variations. This class will also work layouts/full twists when ready. Classes will run in multiple stations but may occasionally run split into two groups or one large group depending on lesson for that day. Two coaches will be present for this class.
